UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for amendment of restrictive conditions, as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 1224 Camps Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
b. The application for amendment of conditions in respect of an existing approval granted or deemed to be granted in terms of the MPBL, pertaining to Erf 1224 Camps Bay, as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
c. The application for permanent departures, as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 1224 Camps Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
