Resolution details

UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for removal and amendment of title deed conditions, as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 547 Bantry Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure C1, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.

b. The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 547 Bantry Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure C1, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
