Resolution details

UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application in terms of Section 42(j) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for the amendment of condition 2.1 of the previous approval, dated 6 September 2022, for Erf 3723, Milnerton BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with drawing numbers: 2585/1 to 2585/10 all dated 27 November 2022, as set out in Annexure A.

b. The application for permanent departures in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, on Erf 3723, Milnerton BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with drawing numbers: 2585/1 to 2585/10 all dated 27 November 2022, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A
