The application in terms of Section 42(g) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for the removal of the restrictive title deed conditions D.6.(1); D.6.(2)(a); D.6.(2)(b) and D.6.(2)(c) as set out in title deed T10795398 in respect of Erf 26496 at 14 Milner Street, Paarden Eiland, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law (2015)


REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to add a reason 7.1.6 as follows:

7.1.6 It is significant that none of the holders of the restrictions in the title deed have objected to the removal of these conditions

Annexure A:
Correct the subheading under paragraph 3 to be Land Use Management
