UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for removal of restrictive title deed conditions, as reflected in Clause C.(3) (a) & (d) of Title Deed No T21016/2004 of Erf 498, Martinville, Somerset West BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. The application for removal of restrictive title deed conditions, as reflected in Clause C.(3) (a) & (d) of Title Deed T5525/2013 of Erf 498, Martinville, Somerset West BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend reason 7.2.6 as follows:
7.2.6 The proposal will not have a significant impact on the biophysical environment and will not have a heritage impact
