RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. That the application for City approval in terms of the Development Management Scheme, as set out in Annexure A, on Remainder Erf 94538 Cape Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning Bylaw 2015, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
b. That the application for the deletion of a land use condition, on Remainder Erf 94538 Cape Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning Bylaw 2015, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
