An administrative penalty in the amount of R5 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 96780 Cape Town at Newlands with regard to unauthorised building work as per the plan drawn by Stephen Attenborough with drawing number AF/96780, dated 2022-09-12.
