RESOLVED UNANINOUSLY that:
a. The application for rezoning of Erf 169815 Cape Town at Claremont, from General Business Subzone GB1, General Residential Subzone GR4 and Transport Zone 2 to General Business Subzone GB7 and Transport Zone 2, as per the plan LUM/00/169815, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The application for a departure, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 169815 Cape Town at Claremont, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

2.6 Urban Design
2.6.1 Building plans shall be to the satisfaction of the delegated official in order to ensure that the detailed design of the façade treatment and interfaces, (including the detail of the shop fronts, the elevations, fenestration and any important architectural elements of an urban nature) have a positive interface with the surrounding streets (and, in particular, with the corner of Main Road and Stanhope Road).
