RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. The application for subdivision of Erf 82986 Cape Town at Retreat, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with plan of subdivision LUM/00/82986, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The application for a departure, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 82986 Cape Town at Retreat, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
c. The application for Council’s consent in terms of a title deed condition, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 82986 Cape Town at Retreat, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report, except reason 7.3 which is amended as follows:
7.3. The level of densification being provided is moderate. Only 2 additional erven will be created.
