a.	The application for deletion of title deed restrictions, as set out in Annexure A, for Erven 30008 and 166770 Cape Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015. 
b.	The application for Consolidation of Erven 30008 and 166770 Cape Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to conditions contained in Annexure A attached. 
c.	The application for Rezoning of for Erven 30008 and 166770 Cape Town, as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to conditions contained in Annexure A attached. 
d.	The application for a Permanent Departures as set out in Annexure A, for Erven 30008 and 166770 Cape Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the planner’s report and added an additional reason that reads as follows:
7.1.15.		The height of the block of flats marginally exceeds the permitted height for a single residential property
