RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:
That the application for subdivision of Erf 1348 Zeekoevlei into three (3) portions in accordance with the plan of subdivision referenced 1348ZKV-SUB-MAR22 (Rev01) and dated July 2023, attached hereto as Annexure C, BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By Law, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
Amended 3.1.1 and additional Condition 3.1.2
3.1. LAND USE MANAGEMENT
3.1.1. That the proposed subdivision be in accordance with the Subdivision Plan referenced subdivision referenced 1348ZKV-SUB-MAR22 (Rev01), dated July 2023, attached hereto as Annexure C.
3.1.2. That only 1 dwelling unit be permitted on each portion of this subdivision.
