RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:
a. The application in respect of Erf 20899, Kuilsriver for permanent departure to permit a new cloak room at 1.7m in lieu of 3.0m from the common boundary , as indicated on the plan no: 01AM/21/ REV B dated OCT 2021), attached as Annexure B, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
b. The application in respect of Erf 20899, Kuilsriver for relaxation of title deed restrictive conditions [Clause D.5.(b)] to allow the proposed garage on the common boundary in lieu of 1.57m, as indicated on the plan no: 01AM/21/ REV B dated OCT 2021), attached as Annexure B, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
c. The application in respect of Erf 20899, Kuilsriver for permanent departure to permit the proposed garage to be constructed onto the common boundary with a width of 9.5m in lieu of 6.5m, as indicated on the plan no.: 01AM/21/ REV B dated OCT 2021), attached as Annexure B, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
Additional condition
- That the roof slab of the ground floor garage is non traversable
