RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:
That the application in respect of Erf 1803, Kuils River for consent use to allow a 25m tree-design freestanding base telecommunication station in accordance with site plans on pages 1175 to 1177 of the report attached as Annexure C, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to conditions attached as Annexure A.
Application granted 2.1.1 is amended as follows:
2.1.1. That the construction of the Freestanding Base Telecommunication Station shall be in accordance with plan (dated 01/09/2022) attached as Annexure C (page 1175 to 1177).
