RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:
a. That the application for rezoning of remainder Erf 5524 Bellville from Single Residential 1 purposes to Local Business 1 purposes to permit a boarding house BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions in Annexure A.
b. That the application in respect of remainder Erf 5524, Bellville for permanent departures to permit the relaxation of the Street boundary building line from 3.5m to 3m to permit a bedroom BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning Bylaw, subject to the conditions in Annexure A.
