a. That the application for amendment of the approved plan of subdivision for Rem Erf 7075, Somerset West, as reflected on plan no 5415/1 dated July 2022 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning Bylaw, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in attached Annexure A
b. That the application for amendment of the approved Site Development Plan for Rem Erf 7075, Somerset West, as reflected on plan no 5415/2 dated July 2022 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning Bylaw, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in attached Annexure A
