RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:
That the application for an administrative penalty, BE DETERMINED for in terms of section 129(1) of the Municipal Planning Bylaw (2015), for an amount of R5 000 in respect of the unauthorized car/boat port on Erf 19993, Durbanville, as indicated on the Site Layout Plan No 19993-001, dated 28 September 2022, attached as Annexure B, be approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the MPBL, 2015 (as amended).

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the planner’s report
