Resolution details

RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:

a. An administrative penalty in the amount of R 6 338 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 (as amended) in respect of the unauthorised Institutional use (as illustrated on Annexure B) on erf 925, Durbanville, and such penalty be approved in terms of section 98(b) of the said By-Law; and

b. An administrative penalty in the amount of R 414 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 (as amended) in respect of the unauthorised building work (wendy houses within the 3.15m common title deed building line as illustrated on Annexure B) on erf 925, Durbanville, and such penalty be approved in terms of section 98(b) of the said By-Law.

REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons as set out in the planner’s report.
