RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
The application for the removal of restrictive title condition C. of Title Deed No T18657/2020 in respect of Remainder Erf 2938, Brackenfell, to permit the existing approved industrial use on the property (zoned General Industry 1), in lieu of only residential (and one dwelling with outbuildings) and agricultural purposes, BE APPROVED, in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 (as amended).
