UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for City Approval, as set out in Annexure A, in respect of Erf 229 Pinelands BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to conditions contained in attached Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend reason 7.1.5 as follows:
7.1.5 The proposal has no adverse impact on heritage resources and no adverse impact on the significance of a heritage area or heritage place.
