UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for the deletion of title deed restrictions in terms of Section 42(g) for Erf 601Camps Bay as set out in Annexure A BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The application for the deletion of an approval condition in terms of Section 42(j) for Erf 601 Camps Bay as set out in Annexure A BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
c. The application for the subdivision of Erven 187, 188, 215 and 605 and the consolidation of Erf 601, Erf 2457, Erf 3340-RE, Erf 3341, proposed Portion 1 of Erf 187, proposed Portion 1 of Erf 188, proposed Portion 1 of Erf 215 and proposed Portion 1 of Erf 605 Camps Bay as set out in Annexure A BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
d. The application for consolidation of Erven 187, 188, 215 and 605 and the consolidation of Erf 601, Erf 2457, Erf 3340-RE, Erf 3341, proposed Portion 1 of Erf 187, proposed Portion 1 of Erf 188, proposed Portion 1 of Erf 215 and proposed Portion 1 of Erf 605 Camps Bay as set out in Annexure A BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
e. The application for permanent departures for the consolidated property boundary as described above and as set out in Annexure A BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
f. The application for Consent in terms of the title deed conditions for Erf 605 Camps Bay as set out in Annexure A BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
