UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for permanent departures and Council’s Consent, as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 1065 Fresnaye BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with the Site Development Plan attached as Annexure C, and as per the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report
Annexure A:
Amend condition 2.1 as follows:
2.1 The place of instruction (swimming school) shall only operate:
2.1.1 From Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 18:00.
2.1.2 Saturdays from 10:00 to 12:00.
Delete condition 2.6
