UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for permanent departure in terms of Section 42(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in order to permit the church on Erf 20668 Mitchells Plain to be set back 3.9m in lieu of 5m from Angel Crescent, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions as set out in the attached Annexure A.
b. The application for permanent departure in terms of Section 42(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in order to permit the church on Erf 20668 Mitchells Plain to be set back 2.1m in lieu of 5m from Park Road, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions as set out in the attached Annexure A
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report

2.4 No amplification of musical instruments shall be permitted
