An administrative penalty in the amount of R30 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 31876 Cape Town at Rosebank with regard to the unauthorised land use and building work as per the plans drawn by LDZ Archdesignz, with the drawing numbers 1928-B-01 & 1928-C-01, both dated 2020-02-25.
