RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
An administrative penalty of R500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 8559 BELLVILLE.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the planner’s report, except reason 5.1.3 which is amended as follows:
5.1.3. The gravity of the contravention is minor as the structure is not habitable in nature but visible from the streetscape.
