UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for deletion of title deed condition registered on erf 14888, Cape Town as set out in annexure A BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in the attached annexure A.
b. The rezoning of the subject property from Transport zone (TR2) to Mixed Use zone MU3 as set out in Annexure A, in respect of Erf 14888, Cape Town BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in accordance with the plans indicated in Annexures C2 subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
c. The subdivision of the subject property into two portions, namely Portion 1 and remainder portion as set out in Annexure A, in respect of Erf 14888, Cape Town BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in accordance with the plans indicated in Annexures C2 subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
d. The City’s approval to permit the subdivision of erf 14888, into two portions within a Heritage Protection Overlay Zone as set out in Annexure A, in respect of Erf 14888, Cape Town BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in accordance with the plans indicated in Annexures C2 subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report

q. the DC shall be determined prior to the SDP approval

2.1.4 That the public street be closed in terms of the relevant legislation
