The application for the amendment of conditions to permit a deviation of the Parklands Design Guidelines for an increase in coverage from 50% to 52.22% on erf 6983, Parklands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 (as amended), subject to the conditions set out in Annexure A.
