An administrative penalty in the amount of R5 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 90053 Cape Town at Kalk Bay regarding the unauthorised building work as shown on the plans drawn by M Bell Architects, with drawing numbers CD 02 1-1, CD 02 1-2 & CD 02 1-3, all revision C, all dated 02/12/2020.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report
