An administrative penalty in the amount of R5 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Remainder Erf 28697 Cape Town with regard to the unauthorised building work in accordance with the plan drawn by BassonB asson Architects with drawing number WD01, dated March 2022.
