An administrative penalty in the amount of R3 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 7436 Fish Hoek regarding the unauthorised building work as shown on the plan drawn by Stage 5 Architects with drawing number 19.13-01, revision A, dated 13/12/2021.
