An administrative penalty in the amount of R5 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 3709 Noordhoek regarding the unauthorised building work, as shown on the plan drawn by E Ryklief with drawing number WD/3709/01, revision B-8-04-2022, dated 23-11-2020.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the planner’s report.
