UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty of R 5 000.00 be determined in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of portion 61 of the Farm Driefontein No. 29 (Cape Farms District B), for the unauthorised land use and such penalty be approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
