Resolution details

UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for the Rezoning of Erf 94885 Cape Town from GR4 to GB1, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. The application for City’s approval to permit the change in use and minor works in an HPOZ, on Erf 94885 Cape Town BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.





REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend reason 7.1.1 as follows:

7.1.1 The application is in keeping with the principles and/or objectives of the Municipal Spatial Development Framework, Table Bay District Plan, Transit-Oriented Development Framework and Urban Design Policy.

Amend Annexure A:
2.1 The property shall be used and developed substantially in accordance with the Site Development Plan attached as Annexure C.

Add new condition:
2.2 The primary use of the property shall be limited to that of a restaurant, gaming area, dwelling house, 2nd dwelling boarding house, flats, private road and open space only.

Update numbering accordingly.
