An administrative penalty in the amount of R 1 500.00 for the unauthorized building work, BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 400 at 69 Cross Country Drive, High Riding, Sir Lowry’s Pass.
