a. The application for Council’s consent in terms of a title deed condition, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 72783 Cape Town at Plumstead, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. The application for subdivision of Erf 72783 Cape Town at Plumstead, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with plan of subdivision LUM/00/72783, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
