An administrative penalty in the amount of R500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 144 Bergvliet regarding the bedroom extension and laundry as shown on the plans drawn by Eddie Jones with drawing number 3117 (2 pages), revision 4, dated July 2019.
