RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
That an administrative penalty in the amount of R300.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 106723 Cape Town, in accordance with Plan Drawing No: ERF 17632-2/2018 as reflected on the plan drawn by Mark Van Breda dated FEB 2018.
