An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE DETERMINED in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 4987 Wesfleur, in accordance with Drawing Ref. 4987Haas; dated 16 Aug 2016 and such penalty BE APPROVED in terms of the said By-Law.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to add reason 6.4 as follows:
