RESOLVED that:
a. By 4 votes to 1, the application for Rezoning from General Residential 2 to General Residential 4 in respect of Erf 206 Fresnaye, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A
b. By unanimous vote, the application for Departures as set out in Annexure A on Erf 206 Fresnaye BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law
Recommendation 8.3 is deleted
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report
Reasons for refusal 7.2 be deleted
Amend Annexure A as follows:
1.1. Departures:
a) Item 41(a): To permit a maximum coverage of 73% in lieu of 60%.
b) Item 41(e): To permit a roof for the parking area below to be 2m in lieu of 4.5m from the southern common boundary.
c) Item 41(e): To permit a roof for the parking area below to be 0m in lieu of 4.5m from the eastern and western common boundaries, respectively.
d) Item 41(e): to permit the swimming pools to be 0m in lieu of 1m from the southern common boundary
Delete paragraph 2.1; update numbering sequence accordingly
Delete paragraph 3.1.4
