An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 1002 Hout Bay for the unauthorised outbuilding as shown on plan drwn by Megan Paul, drawing number 026/2504/01, dated 24 April 2020.
