An administrative penalty in the amount of R3000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 49929 Cape Town at Newlands for the unauthorised timber decks and related stairs as shown on the plans drawn by Wayne Harvey Architecture with drawing numbers 20_201 (revision C), 21_201 (revision B) and 22_201 (revision B), all dated March 2020.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report
