Resolution details

RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:

a. The application for deletion of a restrictive title deed condition, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 64484 Cape Town at Kenilworth, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. The application for subdivision of Erf 64484 Cape Town at Kenilworth, BE APPROVED in terms of 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/00/64484, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

c. The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 64484 Cape Town at Kenilworth, BE APPROVED in terms of 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

Additional Condition

3.3 The design of the street boundary walls shall be to the satisfaction of the Director: Development Management to ensure that there is a positive interface with the street on ground level.
