                        RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a.	The application for the rezoning of Erf 86752 Cape Town at Muizenberg from General Residential Subzone GR4 and Transport Zone 2, to General Residential Subzone GR6 in accordance with plan LUM/00/86752, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b.	Council approval in terms of Item 162 of the Development Management Scheme to permit demolition, construction, alterations and development work within the Muizenberg-St James-Kalk Bay Heritage Protection Overlay Zone, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
c.	The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 86752 Cape Town at Muizenberg BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
ANNEXURE A
That the second note under condition 2.1.2 be amended to read as follows:
Note: Any further development needs to comply with Item 162 relating to the Heritage Protection Overlay Zone as applicable.
The second Condition numbered 2.3.2 be numbered correctly (2.3.3 and be amended as follows:
2.3.3	If applicable, any outstanding development charges relating to previous approvals associated with the development must be settled prior to approval of building plans.
