An administrative penalty in the amount of R5 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 6349 Hout Bay regarding the unauthorised garage extension as shown on the plan drawn by P.W. van 't Hof, with drawing number 6349/16/001, dated 2016-05-06.
