An administrative penalty in the amount of R1000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 132738 Cape Town at Retreat in accordance with the plan drawn by Steven de Vries Architecture, with plan number 4776-01, dated 2019-11-02.
