RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 300.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 5401 at Pelikan Park, in relation to the unauthorised building work shown on the plan drawn by SM Draughting services, numbered SMD2031/01 and dated July 2020.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report
