RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
That an administrative penalty in the amount of R1500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 62788 Lansdowne, in accordance with Plan Drawing Project IP No: 62788 Drawing No :100 as reflected on the plan drawn by Insideout Design dated 2020-02-06.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report
