UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 2 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 300 Parklands, in accordance with Drawing No. 2020-016/002; dated 03.06.2020 and such penalty be approved in terms of the said By-Law.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
