UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 3866, Milnerton, for the unlawful building work, and such penalty be approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to add reason 6.4 as follows:
6.4 The case officer confirmed that the unlawful construction was performed by the previous owner
