UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The consent use to permit a guest house with a maximum of nine (9) guest bedrooms on erf 19654, Sunset Beach (Milnerton), BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions set out in Annexure A;
b. The regulation departure to permit the ground storey to be setback 3.000m in lieu of 4.500m from the common boundaries in respect of erf 19654, Sunset Beach (Milnerton), as per Annexure C, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions set out in Annexure A; and
c. The regulation departure to permit the first storey to be setback 3.000m in lieu of 4.500m from the common boundaries in respect of erf 19654, Sunset Beach (Milnerton), as per Annexure C, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions set out in Annexure A.
