An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE DETERMINED for the unauthorised building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Remainder Erf 899 Camps Bay.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and amend reason 6.1 as follows:
6.1 The contravention was undertaken by a previous owner as confirmed by the official using aerial photography
